About Our Founder

The Rev. Dean F. Schultz

Worship Equippers for Christ was founded in 1996 by The Rev. Dean F. Schultz, an Anglican priest, who has helped to make the history and biblical dynamics of Christian worship “come alive” for people from many nations and Christian traditions through multimedia assisted teaching and preaching, signs, symbols, ancient liturgies, the visual and performing arts, iconograpy and  psalmody accompanied by Davidic and multi-ethnic musical instruments.

Prior to founding Worship Equippers, Dean served as a missionary on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) in Washington D.C.,  as a church planting pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and Bible teacher providing seminars, retreats and conferences to help equip the body of Christ for worship renewal.

Fr. Dean and his wife Glorianne (who often ministers with him) have been married for 45 years, have 3 adult children and 4 feisty grandsons!    Their special joys in life include leading pilgrimages to the Holy Land to help believers walk in the footsteps of Jesus and explore the "ancient paths" of the Christian Faith.
