One Church. One Worship. One Faith. One Mission.
“There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”— Ephesians 4:4 6
This Scripture reflects the heart of Worship Equippers: to serve the Church as one body, united in one true worship of the Triune God, and joining together in one mission to make Christ known to the nations.
It is also an answer to Jesus’ high priestly prayer in John 17:
“I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” — John 17:20–21
When believers come together in worship of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, their shared praise becomes a visible testimony of unity that points the world to Jesus.
Our Approach
Worship Equippers serves the Body of Christ, embracing its beautiful diversity of worship traditions. We do not seek to replace or diminish what God is doing in local churches. Instead, we come alongside to complement and enrich their worship life. Many churches emphasize the powerful preaching of the Word. Others express a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit through prayer, praise, and the exercise of spiritual gifts. Still others cherish the richness of ancient prayers, liturgies, creeds, and sacraments that have been passed down through the centuries. We believe these treasures are not meant to compete but to complete one another, revealing the fullness of worship that glorifies God and builds up His people.
RETREATS
The following retreats are designed to deepen the life of worship, discipleship, and mission while enriching the unique identity of your Church:
Ancient Paths Worship Retreat
Rooted in Scripture. Empowered by the Spirit. Anchored in Sacrament.
This retreat explores biblical patterns for worship found in both the Old and New Testaments. Participants encounter the rhythm of Word, Spirit, and Sacrament and discover how the early Church seamlessly blended these dimensions. Through Scripture, prayer, psalmic worship, and ancient liturgies from the Book of Common Prayer, churches experience renewal and practical ways to bring these life-giving rhythms into their communities.
Time with the Shepherd Retreat
Following Christ, Our Good Shepherd
A sacred space for rest and renewal in the presence of Christ the Good Shepherd. This retreat features worship accompanied by psalmic instruments, teaching on the relationship between shepherds and their sheep, and fresh insights on providing pastoral care to family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Worship with the Psalms Retreat
Encountering God through the Psalms
The Psalms are the key to abundant Christian living because they teach us to bring our joys, sorrows, fears, and hopes honestly before God. This retreat explores how the Psalms shape worship, fuel revival and spiritual awakening, and serve as a biblical antidote to the spiritual warfare created by today’s entertainment culture.
Sacred Art Retreat
Created to Create
This retreat awakens and activates artistic gifts within God’s people, including music, dance, painting, writing, iconography, and digital arts. Participants learn how creativity can enrich worship and communicate the gospel in ways that touch hearts, bridge cultures, and span generations.
OIKOS Evangelism Retreat
Reaching Households. Building the Kingdom.
Rooted in the Greek Word oikos (“household”), this retreat equips believers to engage with families, friends, and neighbors through the love of Christ, fostering hospitality, meaningful conversation, and intentional mission. It complements any church’s outreach efforts, building relational bridges that lead family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Jesus and the life of the local Church.
