“Bringing the Kingdom of God to life through the arts.”

In the beginning, “God created [bara] the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1). The Hebrew word bara—to create out of nothing (ex nihilo)—reminds us that God is the first and greatest Creator, bringing into being what did not exist before. Because we are made in His image (Imago Dei), every believer carries within them a reflection of this divine creativity.

Are you a teacher of God’s Word, a worship leader, musician, visual or performing artist, or artisan who has a passion to make the Bible come alive for this generation? As we help churches rediscover the ancient paths of Christian worship (Jeremiah 6:16), we are seeking passionate believers who will encourage and equip God’s people of all ages to discover and develop their creative gifts—helping to make the Kingdom of God come alive in fresh and faithful ways.

Scripture tells us, “For we are His workmanship [poiēma], created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10). The Greek word poiēma means “masterpiece” or “work of art.” This means that you and I are God’s living art, carefully fashioned by the Creator to reveal His beauty and glory. All Christians, therefore, are creative—not always in the same way, but each uniquely shaped to express God’s life through their gifts, calling, and service.

Because we are created in the image of our Creator (Genesis 1:27), we are called to create—to take the gifts He has given us and offer them back to Him in worship, service, and mission. Every act of teaching, music, movement, craftsmanship, hospitality, leadership, or prayer becomes an expression of God’s poiēma shining through us.

At Worship Equippers, we seek to help believers of all ages discover  and develop their God-given creativity, so that worship may overflow into mission and inspire a new generation to live as God’s creative workmanship in the world in the following areas:
